These terms govern use of Provitura's websites, customer accounts and related digital functions. Purchases, payments, delivery, returns and subscriptions are governed by the separate terms and conditions.
Operator and acceptance
The services are operated by Pharmatura UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bei den Mühren 1, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. By using the services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use account or interactive functions.
Commercial purchases are covered by our terms and conditions.
Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep it current. Keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
