Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These terms apply when consumers buy Provitura products through provitura.com, provitura.dk, provitura.cz or provitura.nl. They cover one-time purchases and subscriptions. Mandatory consumer law in your country remains unaffected.

1. Seller and scope

The version shown for your selected market applies to your order. Any individual agreement confirmed by us in writing takes priority over these standard terms.

2. Ordering and contract formation

The product page and checkout show the main characteristics, total price, delivery charges and available options before you place an order. You can review and correct the order before submitting it.

Submitting the order is an offer to buy. We acknowledge receipt electronically. The sales contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, normally through the order confirmation. We may reject an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, an obvious pricing error, payment failure or suspected fraud.

3. Products, prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency for the selected market and include VAT. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable charges are shown before the order is submitted. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted.

We take reasonable care with product descriptions and images. Packaging or non-material details may change. The current product label and mandatory information supplied with the goods take priority for ingredients, directions, warnings and storage.

4. Payment

Payments are completed through Frisbii's hosted checkout using the payment methods displayed at checkout. The amount is authorised when checkout is completed and captured when the parcel ships. If an order is cancelled before capture, the authorisation may be released instead.

For subscriptions, Frisbii stores the payment method for recurring charges. Provitura uses payment references and status information to manage the order and does not need your complete card number.

5. Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated timing and charges are shown at checkout for the delivery address. Orders are prepared and passed to fulfillment and carriers through Webshipper. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Tell us promptly if tracking shows an issue, a parcel is damaged or it does not arrive. Risk normally passes when you or a person designated by you receives the goods, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Subscriptions

A subscription creates an order every 30 days and applies a 20% discount compared with the corresponding one-time purchase. Shipping is charged again for each renewal and is shown in the order information. Each renewal is charged to the payment method stored with Frisbii, authorised when created and captured when the parcel ships.

You can pause, resume or cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum term and no contractual notice period. Changes made before the next renewal is processed apply to future orders. A renewal already processed remains an order and is covered by the return rules.

Manage your subscription under account subscriptions.

7. Withdrawal, returns and satisfaction guarantee

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Provitura also offers a separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee under its own eligibility and claim conditions. The commercial guarantee never limits statutory rights.

See the complete return policy.

8. Faulty goods and complaints

Goods must conform to the contract. Consumers have the statutory remedies provided by applicable law, including the minimum two-year EU legal guarantee for faulty goods. These rights are not replaced by a commercial guarantee.

Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may request reasonable evidence needed to assess the claim, but this does not shift mandatory legal obligations to you.

Send complaints to hello@provitura.com.

9. Liability and events outside control

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, liability is determined under applicable law.

If performance is delayed by circumstances reasonably outside our control, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and inform affected customers where appropriate. Your mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

10. Privacy and changes to these terms

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy and cookie policies. We may update these terms for future orders. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated before they take effect where required by law.

Read the privacy policy.

11. Governing law and contact

German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts and dispute procedures are determined by applicable procedural and consumer-protection law.
