2. Products
Pharmatura UG sells products containing CBD (cannabidiol).
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diseases. The products should not be considered a replacement for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
The products are not addictive and not psychoactive. The product may only be used by adults and should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Please note that this product may interact with other medicines, therefore you should always consult a doctor before use.
3. Ordering
When you order via our website, you receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is considered concluded when you have received the order confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), euros (EUR) and Czech koruna (CZK) and include VAT.
We reserve the right for price changes, sold out goods and we reserve the right for possible typing and pricing errors as well as technical errors on the webshop.
Provitura can only be ordered online and paid online.
Payment can be made with the payment methods Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay.
The purchase amount is only debited from your account when the goods are dispatched. All debits appear as “Pharmatura” for your purchases on your bank account.
5. Restriction & personal info
As a customer on www.provitura.com you must be at least 18 years old and by purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You must provide name, address, email and phone number – So we can ensure that your order is delivered to you.
The above data will be stored for up to 5 years, at the expiry of the 5 year period the information is deleted in accordance with legislation. If you have created a customer login your information is not deleted, this is to handle easy customer service but also any membership and automatic order creation. If, on the other hand, you want deletion of this information, cancellation of membership is required and a request from you for deletion of profile etc.
By accepting our terms and conditions of trade you also accept that you may be contacted by us by email, post or telephone in connection with customer enquiries that are not offer related.
You can at any time contact us at hello@provitura.com, if you want insight into what data we have about you and you can always object to this in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
6. Delivery
The delivery time to Denmark is normally 2–3 business days. Depending on which country you other from it might take longer.
We deliver with either DHL/GLS/DAO/PostNord, and you receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Deliveries can be made as home delivery and to parcel shops, because we continuously revise shipping prices so we can keep the freight price low for the customer’s sake.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and include VAT and fees.
7. Right of withdrawal & Satisfaction guarantee
Statutory right of withdrawal
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Act. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products where the seal has been broken.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us in writing at hello@provitura.com within 14 days after receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unopened and in original packaging. Remember to state your order number when returning and include information in the return package with the order number as well.
In the event of a deterioration in the value of the item upon return, a reduced refund amount may be expected and a possible refusal of refund may occur. This is done by an assessment of the item’s market value upon receipt after return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept parcels that require payment upon delivery. Any parcel requiring payment on delivery will be refused.
Provitura’s satisfaction guarantee – 30 days
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
This means that you can return the product within 30 days if you are not satisfied – even if the product has been opened.
Conditions for the satisfaction guarantee:
- The guarantee applies from the day you receive the goods.
- You must fill out the satisfaction guarantee form which you can find on www.provitura.com under the page “Satisfaction guarantee”.
- You cover the return shipping yourself.
- When we have received the goods, we review your case and respond within 72 hours.
- If we assess that you meet the requirements for the satisfaction guarantee – we refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment card used for the purchase.

8. Complaint rights
According to the Sale of Goods Act there is a 2 year right of complaint which applies to defects and deficiencies in the product.
You have 24 months right of complaint from the time of delivery.
The complaint only covers defects that were present at delivery and not damage arising as a result of incorrect storage or use.
Thus the right of complaint does not cover faults and damage caused by incorrect use.
Pharmatura UG (haftungsbeschränkt) covers return freight in cases where the goods are sent from the destination they were first delivered to or costs thereto do not exceed the same and what must be considered a reasonable extent.
In the event of a complaint case or wish for return – always state order number, receipt and description of defects and deficiencies when requesting a refund of the purchase amount or replacement product. The case is sent to hello@provitura.com and marked in the subject line with “Return”.

9. Membership with subscription scheme
This is how the subscription works
- When you sign up for a subscription you automatically receive your products at the chosen interval (30 days).
- You will be charged for the membership for the first time 30 days after your first purchase, this is to be able to deliver in time in relation to your capsules running out and delivery of new ones. Thereafter you will be charged for your membership every 30 days.
- The payment is debited automatically via the payment card you have registered.
- You receive an order confirmation at purchase and a receipt when the goods are shipped for the first purchase.
- Thereafter you receive notification at each renewal in the form of an order confirmation and receipt by email.
Cancellation
- The subscription can be cancelled at any time without commitment.
- Cancellation must take place no later than 7 days before the next charge in order to avoid payment. This charge occurs 30 days from the previous payment.
- Cancellation can be done via your user login or via hello@provitura.com
Right of withdrawal on subscription
- You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the first delivery.
- The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened products where the seal has not been broken.
- Subsequent deliveries cannot be withdrawn, but the subscription can be cancelled for the next delivery.
Changes in the subscription
- You can change address or payment card on the website.
- Provitura reserves the right to change prices and terms for subscriptions. changes are notified with at least 30 days’ notice.
- In case of changes in your delivery address, email, phone number etc. it is solely your responsibility to update this in your login or by writing to us at hello@provitura.com
- If you want to change the product you have delivered each month, you must cancel your membership and then start a new one by purchasing the desired product again.
10. Disclaimer
Pharmatura UG (haftungsbeschränkt) / Provitura disclaims all liability for errors, additional costs or legal disputes that may arise in connection with the purchase or incorrect use of our products. It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to ensure correct information, comply with applicable legislation and assess any consequences both before the purchase and when using our products or services in the country where the purchase takes place.
Pharmatura UG (haftungsbeschränkt) / Provitura makes an effort to ensure that the information on this website and its subpages is always correct and up to date. Should we become aware of any errors or inaccuracies, we will ensure that they are corrected as quickly as possible.
Provitura cannot be held liable for:
- Incorrect use of the products.
- Health problems or injuries that may arise from use contrary to the recommended dose or use without prior advice from your doctor.
- Indirect losses.
Note: We always recommend that you consult your doctor. We advise against the use of Provitura if you are undergoing medical treatment, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of trade are governed by German law. Any disputes are settled by the German courts, unless otherwise follows from mandatory consumer protection legislation in the customer’s home country.
