Quick help for the most common questions
1. Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package. If it hasn’t arrived after 2-3 business days, please check your spam folder – or contact us and we’ll assist you.
2. How do I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible if you’ve made a mistake in your order. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has shipped, but we’ll always do our best to help.
3. When will I receive my order?
After we have packed your order, you will receive it within 2-3 business days. After your next Provitura product will be dispatched 30 days after the first shipment. With each subsequent shipment you will receive both a new order confirmation and an email with track and trace.
