How does our process work?
Provitura provides a secure platform for purchasing CBD products, and we wholeheartedly stand by the quality of our products. In case a product does not meet your expectations, you can take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee.
Our satisfaction guarantee allows you to return your bottle of Provitura or Provitura Plus within 30 days, and we will gladly provide the option to exchange it for another product or issue a full refund.
To be able to use our satisfaction guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must consistently use the product for a minimum of 3 weeks
- You must adhere to the product instructions provided or have communicated with our customer support team
- You must maintain reasonable expectations for the product
- You must meet the conditions outlined in the satisfaction guarantee form
- You must be a first-time customer to utilize the satisfaction guarantee. If you believe you meet all the criteria and desire a refund, complete this form and email it to us at contact@provitura.com.
Upon receipt of the form, we will evaluate your eligibility within five business days. If you meet the criteria, we will send a return label to your email address, which you must use to send back the products. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund, even if the product has been used.
Note that you must wait for our review of your form before returning the product. We retain the right to deny a refund if we suspect that an individual is exploiting our policy.
