We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer guarantees. The right of complaint applies to faults and defects in manufacturing.
Complaints do not apply to improper use of the product.
We cover return costs in the event that the complaint is approved.

Your order is typically dispatched within 24 hours.
The delivery time depends on the shipping country (shown during checkout). All orders are sent from Germany.
You have a 14-day right of return according to the EU.
If you have regretted your purchase or for any other reason wish to return it, you can send the parcel back as follows:
- Send the parcel in proper packaging
- Fill in and save the return slip as PDF, send it on mail to contact@provitura.com, mark subject “return”
- Place the return slip in the parcel (IMPORTANT: to locate your information)
- Send the parcel to the address below and remember to label the parcel with “Provitura”
