Shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.
When we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
If you are not home when the package arrives, it will instead be delivered to a pickup point near you. You will receive an SMS or e-mail with instructions on how to receive your package.
We offer free shipping on orders above €50. For orders below €50, shipping costs €3,99.
Yes. By default, the delivery address will be set to the billing address, but you can change the delivery address during checkout.
This is particularly useful if you wish to buy Provitura as a gift to someone you care about.
We send from our shipping facility in Germany.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. The product needs to be unopened as we are dealing with food supplements so the products cannot be resold.
If you wish to return your package, simply contact us and we will send you further instructions.
When we receive your returned package and it has been reviewed by our staff at the shipping facility, we will proceed and refund you the full amount to the same payment method during checkout.

We are not able to change your order, but we can cancel it if possible and then you can place a new order.
